My 941 quarterly report printed by QB shows I underpaid by $146.00 for the quarter. Yet, my payment history on EFTPS shows I paid the full amount. There were no amounts of $146.00 that could have been missed or mis-posted. I am at my wit's end and would appreciate any ideas of where to look next. Thanks.
941 Liability and Payments Don't Add Up

Check your bank register and see if one of the payments was done with a regular check instead of through the payroll liability screens.
Thanks, but my EFTPS history shows I paid the full amount. Ed
Followup: I had entered the last liability payment for March as for the week ending April 2. All the checks were issued on March 27 so it was a simple matter of changing the "liabilities through" date to March 31.
