Time & Expense Manager

Can anyone recommend a good Time & Expense program that interfaces directly with Quickbooks? We would like to have our employees enter their time & expense information into an application that will pass the info directly into Quickbooks. We would like to be able to run the application on our intranet (our employees connect via a VPN) and we would like to have submitted timesheets and expense reports go through an approval process before being posted to Quickbooks. We are a fairly small operation so we are looking for a relatively inexpensive solution. Thanks for any help that you can provide.
