Hi, Dig.

Like others here, I freely spend time here each day to try to help Quicken users with problems. I'll TRY to help you, but you don't make it easy for us. You give us NO details, so you make us GUESS what your question really is. :>(

From your Subject line, I GUESS you are asking about some version of Quicken

2007. Correct?

From this line in the headers for your message... User-Agent: MT-NewsWatcher/3.5.3b2 (Intel Mac OS X)

...I GUESS that you are asking about some Apple/Mac version of Quicken. Correct?

From your question, I GUESS you are asking about transactions in some checking Register. Correct?

But I cannot GUESS whether you mean consecutive transactions in the Register, or multiple transactions separated by a line or two or by days, months or years. :>(

Since I've never used a Mac, my try at an answer is based on my PC experience; others here may be able to adapt it to Mac-talk for you.

In general, you can delete multiple transactions in Quicken the same way that you do it in the rest of Windows. Highlight consecutive entries by selecting the first one, then hold down the key while left-clicking the last one. That should select (and highlight) all of them. Then either right-click on any one of the highlighted transactions and select Delete, or press +D.

For multiple non-consecutive transactions, highlight one, then hold down the key as you left-click on each of the others. Then right-click on any one of them and delete as above.

Next time, Dig, please help us help you by giving all the essential details in your first post.

Thanks RC, I found out you have to do them one at a time with 2007 for Mac. What I was doing was switching to iBank as 07 will no work with the new OS Lion. Importing from 07 to iBank works really good, but trying to export back to 07 is a nightmare, don't try it.
