2007 to 2009 and bank downloads

I've been using Quicken Deluxe 2007 and it's been ok.

I download data from my brokerage institution directly from the institution (Fidelity).

I download QFX files from my bank and then I import them into Quicken. I want to do this myself and not have Quicken do it "for me".

Will Quicken 2009 allow me to download WebConnect files which result in QFX files, and then import them into Quicken
