I just downloaded the latest update for TT08. Included is the update to remove the $5 per return charge.

Thanks for the post Hank - I've been waiting to ensure that this gets implemented before purchasing TT. This is the first year I can ever remember not installing it before the end of the current year for next year's tax work. Just in time, since those 1099s are starting to roll in....
