I'm actually encouraged by this - I've just been rejected from the beta program as they're five times oversubscribed. This means that there's high interest and at least some progress on the product. The email states they're hoping to release in the summer, so it's a fair wait but I've been waiting for quite some time now and can wait a bit more if necessary.
Just hoping that they internationalise it (I'm in the UK, using Quicken
2005 UK under VMware as they abandoned the UK shortly after that release). If they're writing to the normal Mac APIs this should be relatively straightforward, but if they're hard-coding string literals and currency symbols then it will be less so. Here's hoping.
