I ordered this deal, but am unable to install the required downloader. Mostly I use Chrome and it no longer supports java. tried firefox and edge, similar problem. Amazon says this is not returnable or refundasble, nor can I find a way to cancel the order. some deal! anyone solved this?

Found that you download from Quicken, then use the # provided by Amazon. So far so good. It appears that they fixed the net worth report, but if you choose to "use large fonts" the popup windows are still too big - cause real problems.
