Bond and GICs have lost their value

Jun 12, 2009 2 Replies

For some reason the market value of any bonds or GICs that I have entered in Quicken HAB 2009 (Cdn Version) are all reading zero. Both the initial value of the bond/gics and any interest paid are no longer recognized as having any market value. I have them in four different investment accounts. How do I re-establish them in Quicken? Any help appreciated.

Market Value = Number-of-shares * Price/Share.

Verify that you hold the correct number of shares and that you have the correct share price for the date in question.

Thanks. That worked. Don't understand why the initial "share price" values disappeared from Quicken in the first place, though for all bonds and GICs. Strange.
