Can't edit payee - there are no repeating online payments

I deleted the only repeating online payment and even canceled all pending payments but Quicken still won't let me edit my online payee. It claims there are repeating online payments and I can't edit the payee. How do I fix this?

Neither one works. I already deleted the repeating online payment without incident. CTRL+DEL on the payee does nothing.

I'm running Q2006 Premier Home & Business, btw.
