I have Comcast/Xfinity services and I received a notice that they will be changing account numbers on their accounts in Mid_December. I have Comcast setup in Quicken 2015 as an Online Payee and will need to change to the new account #.
Question/advice needed - what is the best way to update the Payee to the new account # (everything else stays the same - just the account number changing). So, can I get some advice on the best way to proceed with the update.

When I have had to do this I renamed the old one to Some Payee OLD, then created a new "Some Payee" with the correct account number.
Thanks for the insight. I looked at the Online Payee in Quicken 2015, did an edit of it, but the Name is not available for rename in Edit. How do you rename the Online Payee's Name?

Don't even try. If you add a description, you will be able to create a new payee with the same name (but do not use the same description!).
