Changing a BOND security symbol - possible?

How does one do this, if at all possible? I entered a bond with a incorrect ticker symbol a while back (turns out it didn't have one), but now when I use the procedure outlined in

formatting link
, the TICKER SYMBOL edit is grayed out. Apparently, doesn't work for bonds?

Any ideas? Not a big deal, just that the information in the field is wrong and I'd just like to clear to all blanks.

Temporarily change the security "Type" to something like "Stock", change the symbol, change the security Type back to "bond".

[Bonds don't really have ticker symbols, but it can be a good idea to have ticker symbols assigned to all your Quicken securities. In the event your Quicken security price history should become corrupted, there is a way to recover price history from Quicken files (for this purpose, from an earlier Quicken file whose prices were not corrupted), but the method for recovering prices requires that securities have unique ticker symbols - the symbols don't have to be "correct", just unique.]

John, great! Works like a champ...how did you figure this out? I never would have thought of that. Thanks so much. (Another tip for your book I told you that you need to write.)
