Somehow, I've managed to create three Quicken Bill Pay accounts, only one is real, but I can't figure out how to cancel the two mistakes.
The real one is linked to my checking account. The other two somehow got linked to credit card accounts, but I can't figure out how to delete them. I'm using Deluxe 2008. Had been using Premiere 05, upgraded today to Deluxe
I've never used Quicken Billpay, just my bank's online billpay via Quicken, so I can't say exactly what you should see.
But my guess is that on the Overview tab (button) for the accounts you should have a "Change Online Services" button, and if you click that button, you should see a button to "Deactivate Online Payment",I think clicking that button should get rid of the service for the account(s).

I use QuickenBillpay. Been happy - hopefully you are also. My problems have always been my mistakes.
Go to the Online Set-up for each of the wrong accounts and deactivate the bottom part of the window (which should be your QuickenBillpay).
If you have wrong transactions in the Credit Card Accounts - delete them. You might wish to look your checking account to see it captured everything okay.
