Deposit moved to Bill, how do I move it back to Deposit?

I just upgraded to Q09Prmr for Windows. I was formerly using Q08Prmr for Windows. I have a recurring deposit that Quicken just moved to the bills section and I cannot figure out how to move it back to the deposit section. Does anyone know how with Q09? The options don't seem to be there like they were in Q08.

Did you try right-clicking on the transaction in the register and going to Scheduling, then changing from "bill" to "deposit" ?

The "Options" button on the scheduled transaction in the Edit dialog is missing in Q2009. This eliminates the possibility of changing the "Show this transaction as a bill" option (and the possibility of creating, or editing, a "Group" scheduled transaction; or changing the "Count only business days" option).

True, but my suggestion still might work. If you right click on the transaction in the register and go to "Schedule Bill or Deposit" (about 2/3 of the way down the list) at the very top of the box that opens is the option to change a bill to a deposit.

You're right; sorry I missed that.

Despite the fact that the subject of this thread clearly states what the op wants to do, it never registered in my mind that the scheduled transaction needed to change from being a payment to being a deposit. I was just thinking of changing a payment from being a bill to not being a bill.

Since the method you suggest creates a new scheduled transaction, op will need to delete the old, incorrect, scheduled transaction.

[The "Create New" menu choice in the Bill and Income Reminders will provide the same option as right-clicking a register transaction.]

The catch is this isn't a Deposit, it definitely falls into the Other category which is approriate since the section I want it in is titled "Deposits and Other Scheduled Transactions". It's a long story that I'd rather not get into, I use a fictitous transaction that I never enter but use for recording other information outside of Quicken. I "Skip" the transaction every time, so I cannot use the solution suggested. Intuit should either rename the section to "Deposits" or allow users explicit control like we used to have otherwise "Other" simply does not apply anymore.
