Wait till you hear this bad luck story.
In September I upgraded to Quicken 2006. Just afterwards I had to go to my brother's funeral and a wedding far from home.
After getting back I was diagnosed with Leukemia and was in the hospital for a month. While in the hospital my bank revamped account numbers and their website.
Now I cannot pay bills through Quicken 2006. When I try I get an OL-332-A error message. " Your financial institution did not recognize your customer ID or Pin.......Contact your financial institition for further assistance"
My bank, ChevronTexaco Federal Credit Union, denies it is their problem and says to work with Quicken Bill Pay. So far no response from them.
What is the "Customer ID" My bank does not seem to know what that should be.
