Did Quicken change the class list option?

Apr 01, 2006 2 Replies

I used to use the class list in the split transaction field in categories while in the check registry. I did a split transaction to track rental expenses for group expenses ( insurance) per rental. I can't seem to do this anymore and I think one of their updates drop this or glitched this up. Can anyone verify this or tell me what I'm doing wrong? This is with quicken deluxe 2005. Thanks Gary

I believe you must manually enter the class in a split line; forward slash and as much of the class as it takes to make it unique (QuickFill will fill in the rest).

Thanks that did the trick, now to just remember it. Wonder why they change this feature (ctrl ). Thanks again Gary
