We have Price and Market Value. Is there a way to display Current Market Value minus Current Cost Basis? In other words, the "profit" if I were to sell the security.

"Gain/Loss". (Investing Center > Portfolio tab, I assume.)
Don't forget to mentally subtract any additonal brokerage and recording fees you'll also presumably have to pay out of your gross proceeds!
"Gain/Loss" just lists a single number. I'm looking for a graph vs time. I shuffle money around once in a while to achieve a desired asset allocation and additions and withdrawals in the past complicate figuring thing out.
Andrew's suggestion is good but needs to be extended to include capital gains tax on the proceeds if it were to be sold. Because the fees and taxes only apply when a security is sold, it could be presented in a tabular form. It would certainly help give a realistic "Net Worth" picture.
Sorry, my esp equipment was in the shop for repair when I first replied. :)
The closest thing I know is the Portfolio Value and Cost Basis report/graph. You can choose various intervals (as short as one week) for one, or multiple securities.
Naturally, it does not include any commissions or taxes relating to sales that have not occurred.
