How can I remove one of the Recent files used? (2023 Update)

Using Quicken XG 2006 and would like to remove one of the four recent files opened that shows up under the 'File' menu.

It used to be located in a quicken.ini file in previous version ... but does not seem to be there anymore.

Any help appreciated.

Assuming XG is like the US version; look for quser.ini in

HardDriveLetter:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_WINDOWS_USER_NAME\Application Data\Intuit\Quicken\Config

Under my newest Windows PC, the path was a little different, but I finally found the QUSER.INI file and it worked. The path, after my account name, is: ...\AppData\Roaming\Intuit\Quicken\Config
