I have had e*trade and when I synchronize with e*trade, it brings down transaction types that don't make sense; this has caused me trouble for a long time. I just stumbled onto this newsgroup I don't have the specifics in front of me, but I wonder if anyone on this newsgroup nows of problems with e*trade's downloads and can suggest how to reconcile?
