Q2016D - How do I remove the Edit list that shows up and covers the date column. I very seldom if ever use checks anymore so I want my cursor in the date column when I save the previous transaction?

With your Check register open you should see a "Gear" just above and to the right of your Balance column.
Click that "Gear" and remove the check mark that is next to "Check #". Then click on "Done" bottom of list.
