Error Message - Inconsistent on 2 different Computers?????

I use Quicken 2006. About 2 weeks ago, I got the following error message:

Portfolio accounts Internal data error: [No Cust Info] Loading for Acct key: ---"

A couple of very knowledgeable people on this forum responded to my problem and suggested that I validate and supervalidate the file, since the data file might be corrupted. I did this and no errors were indicated. I chatted with Intuit Tech support but they were no help.

Since then, I have taken a 2 week old backup, well before the error message appeared, and loaded that data file onto my other computer ( I got a new computer 3 months ago) which still had Quicken 2006 loaded on it. I did not have this error message and I have done several downloads and there are no error messages. I then copied this data file, validated and supervalidated the copied file, and no errors were indicated. Then, I copied the copied data file back onto my new computer and opened up Quicken. Then I did a download, but still see the original error mesage on the new computer but not on the older computer. It is the same data file and same quicken 2006 rel 6.

How can this be?????? Do you think that I should uninstall quicken 2006 from the new computer and install it again? By the way, I have another data file which I use on the new computer and it has no error messages with it.

Would appreciate any help or suggestions. Other than the error message in the OnLine Summary Report, everything else seems OK!!
