Has anyone been successful in downloading account updates from HSBC Bank into Quicken? I'm using Quicken 2007 H & B on Windows XP Home, and I have been unable to set up Express Web with HSBC. If anyone has done it, please share.

They no longer support Direct Connect. You have to log onto their website and download into Quicken. They sent an email about a month ago to their customers. Not very good customer service, but they have some of the best interest rates.
