FI Recommendation

Does anyone have a recommendation for a banking institution for use with Quicken? My current bank does not support quicken so I think it it time to change and I want to make sure the bank I switch too does not have any issues with quicken. My plans are to use online bill pay so I need a bank that supports that. My problem today is that my bank only supports msmoney and I am having corruption problems with my money file and so far no luck with custom support on getting fixed so I figure it might be a good time to switch to quicken.

Thanks for any suggestions

I use Wachovia, but some in the ng have said Wachovia no longer supports online bill-pay through Quicken for new accounts (mine is 'grandfathered'). I think most banks are moving to use online payment through their own sites. This may be a security issue, or perhaps a cost issue (I suspect Intuit and other providers charge for electronic transactions initiated through personal finance software packages).

I find it does not affect me overly much. While using Quicken online pay is convenient and does not require me to log into my bank's website, I have found that many of my online payments are fixed and thus able to be scheduled on the Wachovia website. For the payments that vary, I end up going to the vendor websites for payment information anyway.. and usually pay directly from the vendor site.

Within Quicken, you should be able to see a list of financial institutions that work with Quicken software. Check out the individual websites to see if they support online bill-pay through Quicken.
