Fidelity Investments and Dividends Quicken 2006

I am having problems with Fidelity downloads also. My accounts in the past have shown a dividend rec'd and a buy for the reinvestment of the dividend. Since 11/30/05 I have been getting a dividend rec'd transaction and a reinvestment of the dividend transaction. The reinvestment dividend transaction is not lowering the cash balance in the account. As a result I am getting dividends posted twice. Anyone have this problem? It seems if Fidelity is using the dividend reinvestment feature it should not post a dividend to the account. This is causing redundency. Anyone know how to correct this so the transactions do not have to be edited each time? Ed
