Get rid of Quicken (2)

I started a new thread because this does not respond to anyone in particular (I read most) and I was surprised by the response. I have used Quicken since the early 90's and with each release I've been 'wrenched' from the previous version .. I originally typed everything in then got a Quicken VISA which had a download .. this was the beginning, I could then download from my Chase bank account (they gave me a free version) & I was happy. The change to Internet operations forced Quicken to give me a free version, but then in 2007, for no reason they said I must buy the next version .. Moneydance and others were out there but I stayed with Quicken. I have accounts in the UK, Canada & the US, oddly my best chance of handling them all is Moneydance .. Quicken sells a different version in Canada, also Quicken stopped QIF imports to bank accounts so I have to do workaround with Canadian downloads. The issue is downloads so come April 30, I will disable the Quicken online connection but still use it by balancing up the accounts occasionally. Moneydance downloads so far work fine, my 401K prices, exchange rates are all OK .. I had an issue with CD,s in Quicken which is the same in MD, but it works.
