The way I understand it, there has been a change (a beneficial change to the billpay user) in the way online payments are handled. Previously, you designated the date you want the payment "sent"; now you designate the date you want the payment received by the payee; bank accounts get debited when the payee cashes the check (or receives the EFT). In order to insure the ability to deliver the payment on schedule, the billpayor needs a certain minimum advanced notice of the delivery date.

Ok thanks. I was hoping there was a way. I still can't set my "Remind me X days in advance" to less than 6 (counting only business days) so I went this route.
