I was using Q99
Just bought Q2006 Home and Business
I used to be able to winzip all the Q99 files and store a backup on my Yahoo email acct
But when trying to do that with Q2006 the files sizes are 26 meg... even when winzipped
Can someone confirm the file bloat for me?
Are there some files that I do not need to winzip in Q2006?

Yup. Can't remember exactly when, but they put a (probably simple-minded) encryption on the data files that totally foils the LZW compression algorithm. Bugged me no end for about the same reason it's bothering you. I was never able to find a way to avoid it, so I had to change my backup scenario.
