I am trying to standardize names in my various checking and savings accounts. There are several transactions for which I want to edit the payee name, so I must be able to select them in order to right-click>edit transaction(s). But I cannot figure out how to select the multiple transactions.
Any hints?

How about EDIT, Find/Replace?
Do a find-all to get the list of transactions. Then select the ones you want to fix and then click edit transactions in the lower right.
You will then be able to modify fields and the change is applied to all selected transactions.
