However, in the last few days they've now stopped downloading via Internet Explorer. I spoke with a rep and the rep's supervisor and indeed they say that the QIF download will work with Mozilla or Firefox (I've tested and confirmed this) but not with Internet Explorer.
I asked them if they're ever going to add QFX functionality and they said "someday" - which is exactly what they told me last year and two years ago when I asked them then.
Unfortunately this company is chosen by my employer (it's a 401k plan) and I've got no choice but to put up with their "someday" approach to new technologies.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
