Letter from Quicken CEO

I?m Eric Dunn, the CEO of Quicken Inc. It?s been 2 year s since I became the leader of the Quicken business and almost a year and a half since Quicken began operating as a separate company from Intuit. Today, I wanted to update you on what we?ve accomplished and share some upcoming changes that we will be making to improve Quicken. Over the past 2 years, my team and I have been focused on making Quicken better for you. We?ve expanded our Windows, Mac, and Mobi le engineering teams so that we could respond to your feedback and have introduced new features such as loans in Quicken for Mac, investment tracking in our Mobile app, and online bills in Quicken for Windows, while also making it easier to use and navigate all of our Quicken products. We?ve also increased the size of our phone support team s and built out online support tools to make it easier for you to get help when you need it. While there?s more work to be done, I?m pleased with the progress we?ve made. I?d also like to share with you some changes that we will b e making in the months ahead. First, as part of our separation from Intuit, we will be introducing a new secure authentication system, Quicken ID, that you will use to access your Quicken applications. Just like the current Intuit ID, the Quicken ID will protect access to your data and online services. Please look out for our email and in-product notifications that will walk you through the steps you need to take to create your Quicken ID and password . Second, we are introducing significant new enhancements to our products as part of this fall?s launch. I think you?ll be pleased with the improvements we?ve made, including making it easier to manage you r bills, introducing new & improved investment features, expanding report capacity, and including new free services to help you get more out of Quicken. I invite you to listen to this video to learn more about these new developments.
