Using Q2005 Premier R5, I'm attempting to display monthly income in the portfolio view for each stock holding.
First I make sure that I've added an "Income" column to the portfolio view.
Then I go to "Options" and then "Preferences" in the pull-down upper right side of the portfolio view page. I set the "Show Return Calculations for" and put in the first day of the month for which I want to see income. Then using the "As of" calendar on the upper right of the same display insert the last day of the month.
For some stocks this correctly displays the dividend income for that month, but for others it displays zero. Looking at the transaction history I can see that the dividend transaction is correctly entered in both cases.
On the other hand, if I set the dates in Portfolio view to show a YTD income I get the correct sum for all the months. All other normal reports show the dividend income each month correctly, the problem is just when I try to get income in Portfolio view for a single month.
Any ideas?
