Noticed error message OL-293-A Friday (4 days ago) for Quicken bill pay using my CU. Up to that point everything worked fine. Yesterday spent 2 hrs on phone w/Quicken tech support. To summarize we made a test file, added one account, the CU checking did a download, then successfully made a payment to Home Depot. Next we go to my regular data file.
1) went to cking account. 2) remove from OSU 3) deactivate online payment 4) validate 5) restart, 6) readd OSU 7) activate online payment 8) ok download brings 77 transactions, including the $50 HD payment 9) accept the updated transactions and ignore the new. (w/the exception of the HD payment) 10) add a water bill payment 11) send from online center update/send 12) OL-293-A errorAt that point I hung up, was too frustrated. I'm been reading this forum or/off for years, does anyone have suggestions? Appears an issue w/my data file?
PS: called CU today, no know issues at this time.
All other fctions ok, except error when sending bill payment. Also deleted and re added a new payments w/out success. Also I have data dating to 1997, is that a problems Thanks
