personal budget management

have been on quicken for a long time. recently have not been able to get my bank and quicken to agree. am feed up with a program that is trying to be all things to all users. anyway. I am looking for a program that will be very simple.. all i want to do is track income and expense and balance my "check book" at the end of the month. transfer $$ between accounts and maybe track credit cards. refuse to allow internet access between my bank and cards am very old fashion but safe
