Ping: John Pollard and Quicken Community Fora

John - over the past few days, I've logged into the Quicken fora to see the posts about the Fidelity Net Benefit download failures; I must say navigation seems very difficult.

Do you use any special tools or techniques when viewing these? It seems there's no real rhyme nor reason for types of appends in the different categories - it really would be nice just to kind of open ALL of them and sort by title or something - somewhat similar to this NG (or maybe I'm just used to this method of viewing.)

Brute force seems to be what I have to use, and after I've selected and expanded different types of categories, I'm exhausted after searching thru not finding what I'm looking for. Not a great user experience.

What do YOU do?

Loading thread data ...

In the red bar at the top of the window, in very small print, is a link that reads, "More options: search by user, product and date": clicking that text will get you the "Advanced Search". While it too is flawed, it probably would help you reduce the number of threads/posts you need to check.

[You can sort the search results in descending order by date, which should help point to the more recent comments on NetBenefits; there were problems with NetBenefits quite some time ago, but I'm not sure they are the same as the ones currently being discussed.]

Tnx John - next time I log in, I'll put on the glasses and "check it out". Thanks - (I think that I got the Net Benefits figured out, I need to wait one more day to confirm however. I'll post.)
