If you "export" your Windows data to qif files, you should be able to "import" those qif files into your Mac version.
You'll want to read up on the restrictions on qif file imports in newer versions of Quicken; I'm guessing they apply to the Mac version as well. But there is plenty of info on how to overcome the restrictions.
