Q2005 - Webconnect not working

I've been using Q2005 for about 6 months and have several credit card accounts for which I routinely download account activity. Today, none of the updates are working. I connect to the credit card website, go to the page on the site to get transactions. In each case, everything appears to work (ie no errors or unusual activity) but there are no new transactions in my register when everything appears to have completed.

My bank account is still receiving updates but I can't get credit card data from 3 different credit card accounts/banks. I don't know where to begin looking. Any suggestions?

Also - I already tried deleting all temporary internet files. OS is WinXP pro, SP2. Using cable internet and have tons of space on my hard drive (33gb)

Disabling/Enabling Transaction download seems to have fixed two of the accounts. I'm still working on the third - maybe there is something else going on too. I found good tips by John Pollard in other threads.

A shot in the dark--if there is no credit card activity(no charges or credits), your update will behave exactly as you have described it. Jimt

Good shot! That might be the case on this one since this particular provider doesn't have a way to get to "current" transactions - I can only get transactions from a statement and the latest statement hasn't been posted yet. I'll keep trying.
