Capital One Express Connect not working for me

A new problem, which (coincidently?) occured when I converted the card to a "World Card" to get the 1.5% rebate.

When I do a download, I do not get any errors. My online balance is correctly updated. But no new transactions are downloaded.

If I de-activate/re-activate all new transactions are downloaded.

I tried making a new account for the card, but this did not change the behavior.

Anyone else?
