I've been using Quicken Deluxe 2005 (on Windows XP Pro) with no problems. About a week ago, when I select "update" (Quicken's "one-step update") to download the latest transactions for credit cards, new transactions are not downloaded even in there is activity. This happens for all credit cards.
Is something corrupted somewhere telling it that there are no new transactions, when in fact, there are? What do I look for? How do I kick-start the credit card transaction download again?
There is no error message-- I see connection dialogs, then the update window exits silently, which is what normally happens when there are no new transactions. (But there are new transactions.)
