Still can't WebConnect - Any ideas?

Been back and forth with quicken support. I can't web connect with my two accounts at Chase - checking and savings. Formerly WaMu accounts.

It doesn't even appear to be at the point yet where QW is making a connection to my bank. As soon as I hit enter for my vault password, Quicken closes.

I've tried a file validation and a super file validation, both show no errors. (Super Validation simply says Super Validation has completed).

If I choose Account Options / Update from my Citi Bank account, I enter my vault password, and I get the pop up screen for Online Update For this account - "One Step Update Settings". This screen doesn't appear when I use my Chase update, it crashes before this point, It also appears now that nothing is written to the qw.log file.

Any other suggestions on troubleshooting or fixing this?

Could it be an issue with Direct Connect? Is there a way to disable the account from Direct Connect and revert it back to Express Web Connect?

Quicken has suggested a reinstall of QW (no change) and to try running this in Safe mode w/ networking - same problem occurs.
