Can't update account any more

I just tried to reconcile a VISA account. It asked for the password to my PIN vault and gave me the "Update Now" button. It grumbled and groaned and then said something about my financial institution not recognizing the account. I closed everything and then looked at the account to see if the account number got screwed up or something. Nope. So I'll try again. Except after I give the PIN vault password, the next screen doesn't show the VISA card any more... it just says something about any accounts that are activated for online will show up here. And I can't find any setting that might change this. I looked in the Accounts screen, and next to this VISA it says "activated".

How do I make online updates work again? I need Quicken to at least try... if there's another message about the bank I'll call them. But I need Quicken to know that it can do an update.
