Quicken in the UK

Hello

Since it is no long available in a UK version, to what degree will a curent US version of Quicken work in the UK? I am not interested in accessing any online facilities but someone told me that it won't even run on a UK computer?

Can anyone shed any light on this? I am very grateful for any help.

I run Quicken 2009 in the UK and there are no problems or restrictions other than being unable to download from UK financial institutions.
