I cannot save a Chase Bank password to the Password Vault?

In the above discussion, the "Accepted Answer" is the following Quicken KB article: "Password Vault: [your bank] could not use the password you entered."

There is a problem with that KB article: the restricted characters it refers to are ONLY restricted by Quicken for Express Web Connect downloads.If you are using Direct Connect or Web Connect to download, the only restrictions on password characters are those restrictions imposed by your financial institution.
[I have successfully added this password - Abc123<& - "directly" (that is: without initiating an OSU and keying the password there) to my Q2020 R26.17 password vault for Chase and BofA (both of which are connected using Direct Connect.]
