This discussion is a good example of user over-reaction to a non-Quicken problem: there was no good reason to post this as a problem, especially on a weekend.

First of all: every Quicken user should bookmark this url:

When you get an OL-nnn or a CC-nnn error in Quicken; go to that web site and key in just the error number (294 in this specific case), then press Enter. That will get you the Quicken Knowledge base article for that error. You should follow ALL the directions in the KB article, including contacting Quicken Support when suggested in the KB article.

Typically, OL-nnn errors are the responsibility of the financial institution; while CC-nnn errors may frequently be the responsibility of Intuit (who usually creates the downloaded data for "Express Web Connect" downloads), Quicken (occasionally), or the financial institution (usually because they have changed the format of their web site without notifying Intuit, because Intuit needs to know the web site format in order to screen scrape the data for downloading via "Express Web Connect").

Thanks John, I have done so. I was one of those that had this issue with Chase, but figured "they'd" be fixing whatever soon enough (although as of Monday 8 AM EDT, still haven't.)

Yesterday, I had the error, then it went away. Today I'm seeing the error again.

Chase will have to fix the problem.

In the meantime, I believe Web Connect downloads from Chase will work.

Tonight (06-22-2020 at 20:50 EDT) Chase downloaded with no problem, using Direct Connect.
