Q2009 - 90 day bill reminder

I have a bill payment that happens every 90 days. With Q2009, for the Bill Reminders, there is a Variable Weeks and Variable Months but nothing for Variable Days....

So - the closest entry I setup is I guess is 12 Weeks.

Note sure what Quarterly would actually produce ?

Hi, ps56k.

That is a strange omission - but "every" 90 days is not a Variable number.

My guess is that you should choose Quarterly - and stand by to change the due date about 5 times out of 6. While quarters are variable, most are 91 or 92 days. The only 90-day quarters are Feb-Apr in Leap Years and Dec-Feb and Jan-Mar in other years.

Twelve weeks is only 84 days, so if you choose Variable Weeks, then make it

13 (91 days). And stand by to change, as with Quarterly.
