I'm running Q Dlx 2006. I have an IRA account with a linked cash account from which I withdraw a fixed amount each month, since I am retired. Recently a Zero coupon treasury matured and I downloaded the transaction into the investment account on Aug 15 or 16. I MAY have entered it manually before the download, since my broker gave me ample notice--but, I don't remember.
I am now left with a cleared SoldX transaction in the investment register and a Match 08/15/2005 "US 0 08/05" U S TREAS STRIP 0% 08XXX**MATURED** DUE
08/15/05 sitting in my downloaded transactions tab in the linked account.
How do I get this accepted. Q tells me I must do that in the investment register, but that has already been cleared. What do I do now?
Is it my imagination or is Q trying to do away with linked accounts?
