I use the tool bar for transactions that occur every month, but usually for a different amount, such as a utility bill. The bar appears full. I deleted one payee from the bar and tried to add another one. Unfortunately, I have completely forgotten how to do this. When I follow the Help instructions, which tells me to move a command from the left panel in the Customize Toolbar window, I key in the correct name over the name moved from the left, but when I close the window, the original name remains. Also, I can't find anything in Help which will tell me how to set up the actual transaction. I know this is asking a lot, since my copy of Quicken (Basic) is so old, but over the years I have never seen any reason to upgrade.
