Quicken 2007 Deluxe

I have three separate files in Quicken. When I open two of them, the Cash Flow and Investing Center columns on the left side show current balances in each account. The third file shows each account in the Cash Flow and Investing Center columns, but no balances. How do I get the balances to show?
