I am trying to figure out the placeholder function. I know it compares my share balance with the Vanguard share balance and then corrects.
- Why do I get these hundredth of a share entries? VG posts to that level of detail so why does it get “off”?
- An October 01 entry did not get posted to Quicken but it did not generate a placeholder until November. What is causing the reconciliation if it isn’t done each time? Thanks
