Been using quicken 2000 for about 15 years with no significant problems. De cided to go ahead and get 2015 for macs. 2000 on my dell win 10; 2015 for m acs on imac with yosemite. Have not had success with the later. anyone el se having probems? Spent all yesterday afternoon and Sunday afternoon with it. Got thru to quicken tech support once. Other times wait time was too long. Have dummies book for it but it was little help. Am about to give up & use 2000 on my dell. really prefer to have 2015 on my mac but success doesn't happen. All I have ever done done and all I want is ability to print checks & checkbook regis ter. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

Same here, so I'm not upgrading - because I don't see the need to - but I also read somwhere that importing data from such an old version will not work!

I've also heard that. It seems that an intermediate version of Quicken is needed. Maybe two.

Upgrading from a Q that old definitely needs intermediate steps ... that can be obtained from Q support. There's a long list of messages on QLC about how to do the upgrade and how to get those versions (for free).

You need a recent version of Q to use the Q Converter (also available from Support) to convert your database to Q Mac.
