Just reporting that Quicken 2018 r12.15 plays nicely (works well) with Microsoft Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809.

And supposedly has the fix that backs off the overwriting of edited memorized transactions that I reported here about 3 weeks ago. We'll see. I haven't been delivered a copy of the fix yet.
