Quicken 2018: first bug

I use Quicken Premier and I installed the 2018 iteration yesterday.

A Quicken annoyance that I have been dealing with forever is located in "Bill and Income Reminders." In this feature, Quicken volunteers to add arbitrary transactions to the list of memorized items. So I have to do a few mouse clicks to decline. Again and again, a few times a month.

In QP 2018, it got worse. I *cannot* delete the item from the list of upcoming memorized transactions. There are buttons "Yes" and "No" to accept the transaction. If I click "No," I get a dialog box that asks a further question "is this transaction blah blah dated blah blah". No matter how I respond to the dialog box, the memorized transaction remains.

Annoyance x 10.

How/When does Q "volunteeer to add arbitrary transactions" ... because I'm not seeing anything that looks like that either in QW2017, or my recently upgraded QW2018.

Quicken Premier has been doing that to me for years. I have at all times one or two recurring, memorized transactions that I want. That would be my mortgage payment (always) and my paycheck (recently).

When I launch the memorized transaction page to (for example) record a mortgage payment, I am presented with at least one transaction that Quicken offers to memorize as well. Most often, a utility bill. Most recently, an insurance premium.
